1. Prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is completed via the available payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via Posti within 7 business days unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times depend on location and shipping method.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Finnish and EU law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return most items for a refund.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item:

• Contact me at contact@annirapo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused and in original condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once I receive the returned product.

6. Issues with Orders

If an item is defective or damaged, contact me immediately. I will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
